Funding Awarded to Strengthen Marie Curie Doctoral Network Proposal

We are excited to announce that we have received €10,000 in financial support, from UMC Utrecht, to organize a consortium meeting aimed at further strengthening our upcoming Marie Skłodowska-Curie Doctoral Network proposal.

Our proposed network will focus on tissue immunology — the environment where the vast majority of T cells (~98%) reside, and where immune responses are initiated and executed. The proposal will address how tissue-specific environments shape T cell function across different tissue settings, including lymphoid tissues and the processes involved in the initiation of T cell responses.

The consortium meeting will bring together partners across disciplines to refine the scientific vision, training program, and collaborative framework of the network. We look forward to building a strong international training environment for the next generation of immune scientists.

Thank you UMC Utrecht for the support!
